Muhammara (Red Dip) by Samira's Homemade

I am in love with Samira's homemade

One product I tried the other day that I feel in love with is called Muhammara.
It is so delicious and super organic!

Muhammara means Red Dip

Here is ingredients :
Roasted Red Pepper, Bread Crumbs, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Walnut, Organic Lemon Juice, Beats, Pomegranate, Molasses, Fresh Garlic, Caynne Pepper, Black pepper, Cumin, Sea Salt

This is my favorite bread company in America.

They only use sourdough starter and takes 12 hours to raise the dough.
I read their company's case study and fell in love with the company.

Do you see there are only 4 Ingridents?
That is how organic should be not 20, 30 unknown ingredients in the bread!
Have you paid attention to how many ingredients you see in the bread? Is there anything you can not pronounce nor understand??

Ingridents :
Wheat Flour (unbleached and unbromated), Filtered Water, Natural Sourdough Starter and Sea Salt

Even at Whole foods if I see Salt I don't buy it anymore.

Because salt is acidic and will bring down pH level means your immune system wil go down.

Now days when I go out to eat and if the restaurant is not using Sea Salt which unfortunately is hard to find, I get infection on my lip or my body rejects it right away..

My body became super organic ever since I started eating 200% organic food!

Here is how you can cut small red radish for decoration;)

I used Muhammara on Iggy's Bread of the World and out alfalfa, yellow paper and red  radish.
Tastes absolutely heavenly!!ラブラブ音譜

Organic Ointment

I use this ointment for any cuts, rashes, burns etc.

A lot of ointments have many chemical that you can not even pronounce!

This one has really good effect after applying. Since this is super organic after applying I can feel my body is happy and observing the ointment very well.

Highly recommended!

I got it at Whole foods

But you can buy from their website

They even have cream for pregnancy line.

Organic Hummus

Today I found the best Hummus at whole foods!! The owner of this amazing hummus Ms. Samira herself was doing sampling! I am in love with this Hummus!!

Samira'sHomemade

Samira sampling at Whole Foods

Original Hummus

Ingredients
Cocked chickpeas (chickpeas, water), organic lemon juice, tahini (sesame paste), extra virgin olive oil, garlic, sea salt, and spices.

I have been always looking for great hummus but lots of hummus even at whole foods use canola oil which is not good for your body or salt which is very acidic and not good for your health.

But this product is homemade and uses extra virgin oil and sea salt!

And tastes amazing!

I used sprouted whole wheat bread and this delicious hummus and red onion to try! Mmmmm heavenly. ラブラブラブラブキスマーク

Organic Thanksgiving Dinner

Thanksgiving day is American tradition.
I bought 14.5 lb turkey 2 days before the event!

Brining with brining kit from wholefoods.
Mix the brining kit in the water and heat up and soak turkey in it.

The day before, I made bread with sprouted spelt flour and raw agave.

Thanksgiving day in the morning, I sautéed celery, onion, and garlic, sea salt and put chicken stock.

Then added homemade bread.

Then put in the turkey. Put the rest that does not fit in the turkey in the foil and bake in the oven.

Put butter and flour in the turkey bag and shake it and our stuffed turkey in a turkey bag.

Bake 355 degrees for about 6 hours...

Cut corner of turkey bag and pour into sauce pan. Put corn or potato starch with water and cook with high heat till it is thick.

It is super easy to make cranberry sauce.
You buy cranberries and sauté with raw agave, grated ginger and a bit of sea salt and water

After just about 10 min it will look like this.

I made Dinner rolls also.
With caremelized onion, mozarella and Parmesan cheese on top of homemade dough and roll and cut it.

Let them rise for 2-3 hours

And bake for about 30 min in oven

Sautéed green beens with olive oil, diced garlic, sea salt and olive oil.

Mashed potato. I highly recommend Yukon Golden potato. After boiling and draining the water, add unsalted organic butter and sea salt and mash it!

Finally our thanksgiving dinner is ready!! 音譜

It was super delicious and very organic/healthy meal ever! My family enjoyed a lot also.
Including prep and clean up it took me 12 hours but worth it for once a year tradition!
