Very easy organic vegetable soup
Ingredients
Japanese Sweet Potato
Ginger
Carrots
Daikon Radish
Red Onion (or Yellow Onion)
Sprouted Lentils
Quinoa
Sea Salt
Olive Oil
Sprouted Lentils (You can buy at Wholefoods)
Quinoa (Bought it at Trader Joe's)
Basically you can put any organic vegetables.
Chose some from under the ground and above ground and leafy vegetables.
I only put sea salt but it is very delicious and your body gets very warm!
