Simple and non sugar dessert Using, coconut oil, Banana, Blueberry, coconut flake and Greek yogurt
Cook coconut oil and blue berries in a small pan (high heat)
(Cook, cut bananas, coconut oil, pintch of sea salt and water in a small pan sauce pan with high heat and make Banana sauce)
Mix blueberries sauce and Greek yogurt and put in a small dish. Pour banana sauce over and sprinkle coconut flakes.
Sweet taste can be satisfied with natural fruit taste. White sugar is super acidic so it will bring your pH level and which means your immune system goes lower so you will catch sickness easily. Avoid white sugar of sugar itself. When I first started food therapy it was so so hard to cut sugar and thought to myself how can I love without sugar?? But after 1.5 year later I don't crave for sugar but natural fruits sweetness can satisfy.
