Salad (7 ingredients)
Homemade non sugar dressing
Brown rice pasta
Baked Chicken with Organic Bread crumbs and mozzarella cheese
Japanese Sweet Potato (you can but at wholes foods)
This is the bread crumb that I use.
Bake Japanese sweet potato and Chicken in the oven about 1hr about 380 degree.
Use sea salt, organic spice, olive oil,diced garlic, organic bread crumbs. Last 5 min. Put mozzarella cheese.
Chosen whole wheat
Brown rice pasta
Home made tomato sauce
Very very easy to make!
Saute everything in a deep sauce pan
Garlic, onion, kale, basil, dried hot pepper, organic tomato sauce (pick organic one with sea salt), red wine, raw agave and at the end mozzarella cheese and mix.

(All organic, non sugar, sea salt)
